Athlemate Refund Policy
At Athlemate, we are dedicated to providing products that solve your fitness needs. We believe in the effectiveness of our gym bags and encourage you to use them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you're not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days, and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please reach out to us at hello@athlemate.com.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will likely be processing, and we may not be able to accommodate changes. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
60-Day Money Back Guarantee
We are confident in our products and encourage you to try them for a minimum of 14 days to experience their benefits fully. If you are still unsatisfied and wish to return them, you may do so after 14 days and within the 60-day period covered by our money-back guarantee. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, contact our support team using the form on our Contact Us page or email hello@athlemate.com. To expedite your return, provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order.
Damaged Items
We take care to package our products to prevent damage during shipping. A product is considered damaged if it is defective or physically broken. Damaged packaging, such as dented boxes, with an intact product is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email hello@athlemate.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your eligibility for a replacement at no cost. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we cannot take responsibility for shipping delays outside our control, such as those caused by couriers or customs. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address at checkout. If incorrect and not updated within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be entitled to a resend or a refund.
