At Athlemate, we proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders!

Order Processing Times


Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order once it’s placed. Dispatch occurs when your order is handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your selected address. During peak periods and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times


The delivery time for your package depends largely on your location. Here are the estimated delivery times based on your country:

🇨🇦 Canada: 15 to 30 days Business Days

🇺🇸 United States: 7 to 12 days Business Days

🇲🇽 Mexico: 7 to 11 days Business Days

Please note, during peak periods and holidays, carriers may experience delays in transit and tracking updates that are beyond our control. For international shipments, unexpected customs delays may occur, which could extend delivery times beyond these estimates.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details


It is important for customers to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may lead to delayed processing or order cancellation. Our support team will contact you within 3 business days if there are issues with your address. If you do not respond in time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you need to correct shipping details, please email hello@athlemate.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed after this time.

Delayed Delivery


At Athlemate, we strive to ship all orders quickly, but delays can happen due to factors outside our control, like severe weather or transportation disruptions. In such cases, we will work with the courier to ensure your package is delivered promptly. We will notify you of any issues that may delay your order as soon as we are aware.

Athlemate is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. However, we aim to keep you updated on your order status and provide assistance as needed.

Lost or Stolen Packages


If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at
hello@athlemate.com for help. We recommend that you also contact the courier to file a claim. Most couriers have a process for handling lost or stolen packages. We will follow up with the courier to assist with your claim.

Athlemate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as these are not covered by our refund policy. We will, however, assist you in resolving the issue and may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances. If the package remains unlocated, filing a police report is advised.
